Early Morning Pick-Up

Your adventure begins before dawn with a pick-up from your lodge or camp in the Masai Mara. You’ll be transferred to the balloon launch site while enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of the African wilderness before sunrise.

Balloon Inflation

Watch as the giant balloon is inflated while your pilot provides a comprehensive safety briefing and explains what to expect during the flight.

As the first rays of sunlight appear, you’ll gently lift off into the morning sky.

Sunrise Balloon Flight

Float effortlessly above the Masai Mara as the landscape awakens beneath you.

From the air, you may spot: African elephants, Lions, Leopards, Buffaloes, Rhinos, Cheetahs, Giraffes, Zebras, Hippos, Crocodiles, Wildebeest, Gazelles, Hyenas.

During the Great Migration (typically from July to October), you’ll enjoy spectacular aerial views of thousands of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles moving across the savannah.

Every flight is unique, as the direction depends on the morning winds, offering a different perspective of the reserve each day.

Champagne Bush Breakfast

After landing, you’ll be welcomed with a traditional champagne toast before enjoying a delicious full English-style bush breakfast in a scenic location within the reserve.

Breakfast typically includes: Fresh fruits, Eggs, Sausages, Bacon, Pastries, Fresh juice, Tea and coffee.

Return Transfer

Following breakfast, you’ll receive a commemorative flight certificate before returning to your lodge or continuing with your scheduled morning game drive.
