Arabuko Sokoke Forest is East Africa’s largest and most ecologically significant coastal forest, located near Malindi and Watamu on Kenya’s northern coast. This 416 km² forest is home to rare and endemic wildlife, including unique bird species, butterflies, elephants, and the elusive golden-rumped elephant shrew.
