DIANI BIKE TOURS
Come and experience the beauty of white sand and palm trees. Enjoy the typical African life in the Mwamanga village,
explore the spirits of the sacred forest of Kaya, or just cruise along the beautiful beach.
This ride involves a peep into rural Kenyan life. Leaving Diani Bikes Centre and riding through forest paths.
The first visit begins in the Masai village, where you can see how they live, says the Masai, Masai seen the dances, fires and he shall be able to buy a souvenir to commemorate the Masai.
The second stop is a simple, self-help primary school (it is a nice idea to bring small gifts of books, pens or sweets), and then continues to a village community of simple homesteads. (Although many have psychic powers), the ride continues Ukunda rural market where there’s local shopping. Also, you can taste the coconut and coconut wine. Then finally back home.

RIDE TIME 4 Hours, Total distance 14 km
This ride is not arduous, starting off at Aqua land Centre, a few kms to the area known as Kaya Kinondo.
Where villagers will greet you, escort you to their kayas (sacred clearings in the forest used as prayer places and important community meetings).
They will recount their history which goes back many centuries, talk about their role, the sacred trees and plants.
Forest Tour – visit the Kaya Kinondo, sacred forest of the coastal tribe and meet the villagers who will explain their culture, recount their history, and back home;
RIDE TIME 4 Hours, Total distance 9 km.
This is the longest ride, it requires a reasonable degree of fitness.
Starting off at the Diani Bike Centre and riding along the sandy beach, past the coconut fronted hotels and houses, round the coral outcrops to where the river Congo delta where it meets the Indian Ocean – a spectacular sight.
Here we will ride in a canoe into the river to see mangrove swamps which host many sea creatures as well as seabirds, and huge ancient baobab trees.
